Meditation With Dolphins and Whales
You are walking on an isolated beach.
You can feel the grains of sand on your bare feet.
It is a warm day.
You are alone.
You take all your cloths off and go into the water.
The water is warm.
A dolphin comes up and touches you with a friendly nudge.
You swim with the dolphin for a bit.
You walk out of the ocean .
You can feel the grains of sand on your feet.
You are still alone.
You put your cloths back on and leave the beach.
You can feel the grains of sand on your bare feet.
